Mes intérêts de recherche s’articulent autour des questions de l’adaptation, de l’autonomie, du bien-être et de la santé au cours du vieillissement. L’adaptation y tient une place centrale dans le sens où la santé peut être définie comme la capacité d’adaptation et d’autogestion face aux défis sociaux, physiques et émotionnels (Huber et al., 2011). L’usager y est un acteur central de sa propre santé, notamment concernant les aspects de préventions primaire, secondaire et tertiaire.

Suivant une approche intégrative, je m’intéresse à différentes thématiques, dont :

  • Axe 1. Fonctions exécutives, mémoire et habitudes.
  • Axe 2. Sécurité et sentiment de sécurité
  • Axe 3. Interventions non-médicamenteuses, qualité de vie et participation sociale
  • Axe 4. Représentations liées au vieillissement et aux maladies neurodégénératives

En parallèle, mes travaux portent également sur les approches participatives et leurs apports, ainsi que leurs applications potentielles (co-design, living lab, patient-expert, etc.). Je suis ainsi membre de la Cost Action CA22167 PAAR-Net "Participatory research with older adults" pour laquelle je suis co-leader du groupe de travail "Health, Care, and Support" (WG1).
